CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment & Cancellation Policy Policy subject to change. ⏰ Late Arrivals •10-minute grace period: Full service guaranteed. •15+ minutes late: Service will be shortened. •15+ minutes late (Waxing): Appointment is canceled and subject to standard cancellation fees. 💰 Cancellations, No-Shows & Fees •All fees and deposits are non-refundable. •Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show: Charged 100% of the service cost (remaining balance charged if a 50% deposit was paid). •24 to 48 Hours Notice: Charged a 50% cancellation fee (or a 20% fee if pre-booked in the salon). •Bringing a Child (Under 13): Appointment is immediately canceled. You forfeit the slot and are charged 100% of the service cost. •Frequent Cancellations: Policy abuse will result in being banned from future bookings. 🔄 Rescheduling & Weather •Self-Service Online Rules: Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment. •You must reschedule your appointment online directly from your appointment reminder notification. •Deadline: Changes must be made within 3 business days or your deposit is forfeited. If a second reschedule is needed, a retainer will be required. •Inclement Weather: You may reschedule on the same day via email/text with $0 penalty. 💳 Booking & Payments Requirements: •A valid bank-issued debit or credit card must be kept on file. •Not Accepted: Venmo, CashApp, and prepaid cards. •Booking Ban: Accounts will be permanently blocked if the card on file cannot be processed. 🎁 Gift Cards & Credits •Refunds: No cash or card refunds are given. Unused credits can be applied to retail products or a different service within 1 month. •Gift Cards: Strictly non-transferable and must be used before the expiration date. •Email or text the salon directly to book using a gift card. 🔇 Salon Environment •Please keep cell phones silenced and voices low.
