Cancellation Policy
•10 minute grace period
•Same Day Cancellation/No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% for services without a deposit.
•If you paid a 50% deposit to book online, the remaining balance will be charged for same-day cancellations.
•Cancellation fee is non-refundable
•Clients with multiple cancellations will be denied future appointments.
•Please be mindful this is a professional service providing a quiet environment used for relaxation.
•Please silence cellphones and keep voices low to not interrupt other patrons.
•YOU MUST RESCHEDULE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OR YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.
•CHILDREN 13 & UNDER ARE NOT permitted into the facility for services.
•YOU FORFEIT YOUR APPOINTMENT & WILL BE CHARGED 100% IF A CHILD IS BROUGHT WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
