Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
**Policy Subject to Change**
Please read this policy in its entirety before booking your appointment.
1. **Grace Period**: There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be shortened.
2. **Payment Requirements**:
- Bookings must be made using a bank-issued debit or credit card, which must be kept on file.
- If your card cannot be processed, you will be banned from booking.
- Venmo, CashApp, or prepaid cards are not acceptable forms of payment.
3. **Same Day Cancellations/No Shows**:
- A charge of 100% of the service cost will apply for same-day cancellations or no call/no shows if no deposit was made.
- If a 50% deposit was paid to book online, the remaining balance will be charged for same-day cancellations.
4. **Cancellation Fees**:
- All cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable.
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made before your next scheduled appointment.
- You must rebook online or pay a deposit to reschedule in the salon.
5. **Multiple Cancellations**: Clients with multiple cancellations will be denied future appointments.
6. **Rescheduling**:
- You must reschedule within 3 business days via email or text, or you will forfeit your deposit.
- Only one reschedule is allowed for appointments that require a deposit.
7. **Professional Environment**:
- Please be mindful that this is a professional service providing a quiet environment for relaxation. Silence cell phones and keep voices low to avoid disturbing other patrons.
8. **Children Policy**:
- Children aged 13 and under are not permitted in the facility for services.
- If a child is brought to your appointment, you will forfeit your appointment and be charged 100%. No exceptions will be made.
9. **Inclement Weather**:
- In the case of inclement weather, you may reschedule same-day without penalty. Please contact the business to reschedule.
